The property is in an excellent position, convenient for everything, the guy running it was very, very helpful throughout, if you want luxury this is not the place for you BUT we enjoyed it very much and would recommend this for anyone looking for a good base to get around. Would defo book again based on it the fact it met our needs and we had lovely time exploring and finding our way back easily 😊

Está ubicada en la parte amurallada de la ciudad, esto implica que debes caminar con tus valijas unos 300 metros para llegar al hotel Como en casi todos los hoteles en la ciudad vieja no hay ascensor y puedes que tengas que subir 4 pisos por escalera Salvo estás 2 observaciones de aspecto negativo, el resto estuvo bien, la habitación limpia y amplia al igual que el baño Recomendable para gente con buena movilidad, poco equipaje y en condiciones de subir escaleras

J'ai eu quelques hésitations avant de réserver, au vu des nombreux feedbacks. J'ai cependant, et à regret, fait confiance en pensant que seuls les clients trop exigeants laissaient un avis négatif. C'était un tort ! Hormis la position de "l'hôtel" +++, tout le reste est à fuir!! Le bâtiment est vétuste. Les espaces d'accueil (réception, salle de déjeuner) minuscules, à peine identifiables. Pas d'ascenseur. La chambre attribuée, bien que spacieuse, sentait… le pourri !!! Très fort. Pas occupée depuis des lustres ou pas ventilée ? Une propreté plus que douteuse. La clim : non fonctionnelle et au vu des traces++, pas entretenue depuis des années. Odeur insupportable. Pas vu non plus aucune alarme (type incendie) dans la chambre. La sdb, et pour un établissement affichant 4*: 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette mis à dispo, aucun échantillon douche/shampooing ; pour seul élément de toilette un bocal savon touchant à sa fin, des moisissures partout autour du lavabo et de la douche, un abattant wc cassé. Rebutant... TV: s'est allumé mais n'a jamais fonctionné. Aucun accès. Réception: ok à mon arrivée, mais le reste du temps, personne. J'ai croisé durant le séjour un client désespéré qui avait réservé et dont la clé laissée à dispo ne permettait pas d'accéder à sa chambre. Personne à la réception, personne qui ne lui répondait sur tel ni whatsapp. Malgré sa situation centrale, j'ai tout fait pour passer le moins de temps possible dans cet hôtel, juste dormir. Un cauchemar!!

Un apena, podrían cuidar más el lugar

A la llegada no encontraban nuestra reserva y nos ofrecían un apartamento en otro lugar, cuando nuestra elección fue por la ubicación. Dormimos bien un par de noches aunq con algún mosquito pero normal con la calor. Es una pena porque la ubicación es súper buena, pero el lugar está bastante dejado. El baño estaba realmente sucio con pastillas de jabón abiertas y además la mampara del baño y los azulejos muy sucios que con un poco de lejía y algo de cariño podrían tener impecable. Tengo que destacar que no somos nada exquisitas mi hermana y yo y aún así nos pareció guarrete el baño. A pesar de todo la señora es amable.

This property has a great location inside Old Town. Sort your parking in advance if you drive. The nearby old town parking is 100€ per day. Park further out for much less (25€ per day) and uber to the old town. As for the physical property - our room did its basic job and gave us an air-conditioner place to sleep and shower. However there was a large moldy water stain in the ceiling above the shower. The entire lobby and stairwell smelled of mildew. The bathroom mirror appeared to have some kind of old crust in one corner. We reserved on Expedia for 3 people in 1 room but somehow they only had 2 on the reservation. The staff did accommodate by setting up a folding bed. However my friend who slept on it was afraid of falling thru it in the night because the slats holding the mattress on the frame kept falling off.
