Really good value in pricy Dubrovnik - good room with adjecent bathroom. Near to bus for old town, short work round the coast for a small beach, pleasant walk around the marina to /from ferries and bus station. Cooking facilities and lovely terrace overlooking the bay. Friendly welcome from staff

Great location

We had a great stay. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to the various beaches, supermarkets and the old town. Our room was spacious and the shared kitchen was really helpful. The terrace looking out to the harbour was beautiful too. Totally recommend staying here.

Friendly helpful host who lives in the property as a family home. Clean comfortable room and bathroom, amazing views over the water and just a few minutes away from a swim! No breakfast included but it was easy to pop up to the local shop for coffees and we sat out on the terrace watching the boats and ferry traffic. The property is a little tucked away for east location at first but very close to a bus stop and in a lovely part of the town.

Nice, friendly and helpful people. Small kitchen with noce terrace and great views to share- Room was clean and enough. The surrounings are quite. The bathroom was outside next to the room. Good price for what was offered.

Nice quiet guest house some way from town but accessible by bus. Kitchen facilities are very basic and could be vastly improved with little effort. Fresh mandarins from their tree was a great treat. Host gave good information on the area.

Property rented out by very nice couple. The husband made sure to save me a parking spot using his car which I appreciated. AC worked great, room was clean, & close to shops/restaurants. The owner made sure to brief me on the area & gave me a map with notes. Would definitely stay again.

Room was small, but comfortable. The common area outside was really beatiful and convenient. Also possible to cook and enjoy breakfast along with view to the sea and the bridge. Neighbour kids were loud sometimes. Area felt safe.

Rude Host but clean and great view

The host was rude when we arrive at 9:30am because It seems she was at sleep and we only wanna know where we can leave our lugagge until check in time. They never ask our names, or anything. The place was clean but it was like she does not like us there. The room is in the down stairs of their home. Great view.

I absolutely love that. My room is ready when I got in at 10:30 in the morning. Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Within walking distance to a lot of great things easy bus line access. I will be back!

We stayed on the street level in a small room. There was a small area below to sit outside and eat if you had your own food. The location of the property was not easily accessible to local transportation, so we had to use Uber most of the time. The people were there to check us in when we arrived, but we couldn't find them otherwise until we left.

Erstmal, ich fand die Lage schön. Direkt am Wasser. Zudem gibt es draußen eine coole Terrasse, mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Man findet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und auch Restaurants. Jedoch, und das hat mein Wohlbefinden dort stark eingeschränkt, ist der Host ein wenig zu bemüht. Ich hatte das Gefühl ich dürfe mir nicht selbst aussuchen wo ich essen gehe oder was ich unternehme. Trotz mehrfachem „Nein, ich habe mir schon ein Restaurant ausgesucht“ bestand er darauf mich zu einem anderen Restaurant zu begleiten, was gar nicht anbot was ich gerne essen wollte und deutlich teurer war. Auch im Allgemeinen zeigte er sich damit unzufrieden, dass ich sein Angebot mich in seinem privaten Auto von Strand zu Strand zu fahren, ablehnte. Das hatte definitiv einen Einfluss auf mein Sicherheitsgefühl und ich würde daher nicht nochmal wiederkommen und nächstes Mal eine andere Unterkunft wählen. Es war Gottseidank meine einzige derartige Erfahrung. Alle anderen Guesthouse Hosts bei meiner Weiterreise in Kroatien waren super und nicht derartig aufdringlich.
