• First Floor: Open-plan living area flooded with natural light from large dual-aspect windows (north and south facing). Features a spacious lounge with a large sofa, a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a dining area—perfect for cooking and entertaining. A third bedroom is also located on this floor.
• Second Floor: Two large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, plus two well-sized bathrooms—both with showers, and one with a bathtub.
