"Good location. Small but efficient and clean rooms, very modern. You can not check in before 3pm even if the room is ready without paying extra. Because of this strict policy, many people who have been on overnight flights gather in the lobby for hours. Check-in is by kiosk. Not a personable atmosphere."
"We had to wait a very long time for our room to be ready. We were offered a free drink. The rooms are quite nice looking but there is no storage other than one tiny little cubby where you can hang a few items. We paid extra for a room that Expedia advertised as 280 square feet. They don't have rooms that are 280 square feet. They did not even have luggage stands in the room but we did get them upon request. They have no amenities other than bars and restaurants. Not sure why I would want to eat and drink in a hotel when I am in the middle of Dublin. Given the lack of adoorman and a gym I would not consider this a 4 star hotel. Since they have no doorman or dedicated curb space for arrival and departures we had to chase our Uber driver down the street with our luggage until they could find a place to pull over. Good riddance. This was the most expensive place we stayed in Ireland and the most disappointing. The staff was apologetic and tried to be helpful"
"Great location for an early flight departure, nice Italian restaurant and very comfortable environment. Reliable shuttle that operates 24 hours a day.
My wife and were very pleased."
"We enjoyed the food at the restaurant. I don't think that you should have to pay for parking when you are staying at the hotel. Also there were 3 people in our room and they gave us 3 waters but only 2 cookies. Otherwise it was an okay hotel."
