This property was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and location was excellent for public transit, airport express and hop on hop off. There is a grocery store nearby and kitchens are well stocked with utensils, dishes etc. Would be great for a family stay with teenagers and place has great security measures in place.
The reason I give this property 5 stars is because if the staff…Keva (sp) was amazing, we were 2 senior ladies and she could not have taken better care of us. She is helpful, kind, patient, funny and just the sweetest young lady. The rest of the staff, unfortunately I don’t have names we’re all very nice.
The low rating in communication was more with Expedia.com I believe, not communicating our requests to the Hub. We tried for 2 weeks to add a day at the beginning and end of our booking and it was never addressed as far as we were told .
The location of Binary Hub is good for walking to anywhere downtown, its student dorms so the rooms were small but clean and adequate for what we needed. Large kitchen area and large comfortable common room.
Clean and accommodating. Personally and professionally escorted to my room. Helpful with my inquiries.

location was great, room was totally fine, clean except for the floor could’ve done with a sweep. we stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect as just a base to sleep. the kitchen didn’t smell great and the cupboards smelt bad when opened, plus there was opened food items left out on the kitchen table the whole time it was there so i’m unsure how often cleaners come, but it was absolutely fine for what we needed and cheaper than anything else in dublin!
it was nearby some great pubs and bars and places to eat, 20 mins walk to the city centre
The staff, especially Kievagh, was amazing was very helpful in meeting our special request after a long trip from the states. Even gave us a fan for room. Loved the Pride Celebration decor. So welcoming

Was descent value for the price.Staff was friendly.Property was clean and very convenient for Dublin attractions.
Very basic pretty small room short term stay accommodation designed for young people (ear plugs recommended);
good location
Very friendly staff. Clean bed sheets and towels, mattress OK , shower bathroom pass
Shared kitchen did not use it but 2 refrigerators functioning with plenty of space for 10 rooms in apartment
Room had hairs in the sink and the bed. Mould was quite extensive in the bathroom and there was no bins or anything in the room or bathroom.
Staff were all friendly and helpful when asked for things but the room itself was quite poor.
The room was not clean; there was a thick layer of dust everywhere. Staff has no idea where you can park a car or not. Anytime we asked any question, the answer was “sorry I am not sure”. They give you small vials of shampoo and conditioner but no hand soap or body wash. A single towel per guest and can’t request more. One of the shampoo vials we got was half used and they wouldn’t give us another fresh one. Very poor experience and honestly would not recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately, I have a hard time coming up with positives for this hotel. It's close to the city centre. That's about it. And then there's everything else:
- The room is bare & worn down. There's one bed, one desk, one plastic chair & wardrobes. No Tv, no extra cushions, no place to eat. Not even a waste basket in the entire room or bathroom.
- The bathroom is really dirty. There were specs of dirt on the toilet lid, the shower floor was dusty, the sink was not clean. The shower did not work properly, the temperature was fluctuating
- The bathroom had an automatic light along with a really loud fan, which would keep going long after you left the bathroom. This could not be turned off.
- There was one light in the entire room, a super bright one that made you either half blind or you had to walk around in the dark
- You can hear everything through the walls. We had to listen to a group constantly slamming doors & talking throughout the nights.
- No information about wifi, cleaning, the area, the facilities when arriving.
- no AC, fan or other way to cool down. This, combined with the uncomfortable bed made sleep almost impossible.
The worst part happened when 4 men just randomly walked in to our room, which was locked. Their tag worked. Fortunately they were good people who apologized and left but it felt really unsafe that anyone could enter. When we told the staff, they kept repeating that it's technically not possible, and then advised us to bar the door with a chair.

it's ok to stay here
the place is in city centre. however, it is quite noisy at night and the room is so hot in summer
