The sets of stairs to enter the property are quite steep and narrow tred making it difficult to lift luggage up stairs. Once inside there is an elevator.
Great if you're just looking for a place to stay. Nothing fancy, but has everything you need. Comes with towels and shampoo which is very helpful. We had two people in the bed and two people on the sofa bed. Everything was nice and comfortable. Overall, a great place if you're looking for somewhere fairly close to the city centre.
L hotel est tres bien situé pas au centre pour le calme et pourtant pres de tous à 5 ou10min a pied et les transports partout superbe sejour magnifique paysage que du bonheur
Terrible. Would not recommend. Partying neighbours all night and the Amberley team would do nothing to help because the apartments they rent out are not their official property.
It was strange that the room we reserved was not in the reception building, but overall would definitely stay again. Room was large, centrally located and clean.
Ungefär vad man kan förvänta sig. Lite kort säng, mat i frysen från föregående gäst, undermålig dusch var det negativa. Annars funkade allt. Internet gick bra.Läget var bra. Trevlig personal.
The apartment was quiet, clean and well furnished with a well equipped kitchen. We had some issues with getting the water to work in the shower and also with the hot water supply. We kept the maintenance guy busy. Also there was a missing TV remote which was never resolved. Otherwise, a nice place to stay in the Dublin town center.
Arrived after 9pm and was given a friendly welcome. Apartment right by air bus stop so not far to take cases. Apartment was warm and welcoming with plenty of tea and coffee available. Water in fridge was a nice touch. Had issue with kettle on the morning but it was sorted as soon as we reported it.
Great location, close to everything, but quiet street. Ideal for us. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, shortly after our arrival a family moved into the room above us and were so loud that we had to go out for a few hours. At 11.30 at night there was still so much noise (sounded like they were dropping bowling balls!) that I phoned reception. The staff member was both apologetic and decisive and told me he was giving them one last warning ( which made me think someone else had already complained). After that things quieted.
The apartment itself was fine, however after getting to Amberley house we were taken 10 minutes across the road into an apartment block where our room was situated, so this wasn't made entirely clear to us on booking.
Apartment was spacious and clean though.
Very uncomfortable stay the beds you feel the spring in your back. Nothing like the picture very deceiving and the shower full of mould. You have to check in away from the apartment and parking is a bit far. Don’t recommend it at all.

The apartment was a nice size.
Due to the storm our flight was cancelled and we could not stay at our hotel for an extra night so we chose this for somewhere cheap for a night. The actual apartment was a nice size, but not really knowing the city I don’t think I would of chosen that area if it did, not to sound snobby but I’d rather pay the extra and stay in a hotel if I wasn’t doing it as a quick we need a place.
The staff were welcoming and pleasant, even though check in was at 4 we got there just after 12 and it was ready for us. We couldn’t work out the ear plugs at first( we didn’t use them but could understand why they was there)

Great location close to city centre
We stayed at one of the apartments. The room was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. There was a lot of noise from neighboring doors and stairs within the block through out the night.
Central apartment, good enough for business travel
Central location, a bit noisy (street). Apartment was clean and spacious. Not very luxurious, but that wasn't our motivation. Check in time only after 4pm. Free fast Wifi. Will use it again for business travel (2 people), great value for money.

Good apartment in excellent location!
We had one of the apartments the hotel offers in a building a few steps from the main hotel. The rooms were nice, clean and with lots of light and the kitchen was well equipped (even though we did not really use it). The bathroom, even though clean and light, was a bit uncomfortable to use with a shower that only provided a drizzle of water and a sink that was very small und positioned quite awkwardly under the mirror. The toilet flushing broke during our stay, and while it was being fixed within a few hours even in the late evening by a very competent handyman, the registration staff on duty was quite nonchalant about it. Also, the room, although on the top floor or the building, were quite noisy due to the street right in front of it and windows that did not seem to filter any noise. However, the apartment's location was excellent with all the major sights within easy walking distance and even the airlink bus to the airport stopping right outside the door.
Upon arrival, we began our stay by vacuuming the apartment. The apartment wasn't terribly filthy, but dust and breadcrumbs on the floor nonetheless.
In the evening, we noticed a "cellar-like" odor in the apartment, especially the bathroom and also the bedroom. When checking the bathroom, we found lots of black spots in the ceiling and walls. We assume it was mold due to the fact that the fan didn't work so the bathroom doesn't dry overnight... At all. As it was late already, we chose to stay in the room for one night and check out one night before what we planned and took another hotel instead.
A big NON-recommendation, especially if you end up getting room 47. Can't tell if it's a problem only for one room out the whole building.
Also, the apartment was quite noisy because of the busy street outside. Closing the windows didn't help a bit, although with the terrible air quality and odor...no, smell... we couldn't have slept with windows closed anyway.
And about the beds, they were too soft to our liking, but I suppose someone might enjoy such a bed.
Ps. Luckily the refunded the send night. Not nice to pay around 130eur/night for a room you cannot use.
Pps. The location was fairly good. Very near and in our opinion felt safe.
And shortly in Finnish..
Emme suosittele homeista asuntoa kenenkään... :(
We had a wonderful stay, on two separate nights, in this apartment. It worked well for our family of four for our short time in Dublin and the location was wonderful for seeing the city on foot.
It's amazing in the heart of city centre friendly staff , thanks

Nice apartment, 10 minutes from city cetre
The apartment was clean and tidy. It did the job as a base for visiting Dublin City centre. Shower wasn't great, more of a trickle of water. Staff very polite and helpful.
Apartment was nice and located at the heart of Dublin City. Service was friendly and helpful. There were so many tourists here because there are so many guest houses and hostels nearby.
