"Beautiful new hotel, reasonably clean and tidy. The price justifys itself in relation to all. It is a long way from the city center. We used it as a base for work. The job we were on in construction was quite a dusty dirty one and we were looking forward to a decent shower. For such a new hotel we expected it to have good water pressure but it was extremly dissapointing. It may be the pressure is turned down to conserve water but if the water pressure is going to be that poor the rating should...

"Excellent Stay with One Breakfast Disappointment! The Excellent aspects: Perfect stay overall: Everything about my time at the Riu Plaza Gresham was truly excellent. Top-notch service: The staff was professional, welcoming, and highly attentive throughout. Great experience: Room comfort, cleanliness, and the central location were all outstanding. We travelled by Aircoach right outside the door of the hotel from Dublin airport. The Downside: Breakfast quality: the only disappointment was the hot breakfast selection. Both the pancakes and the bacon had a strange, plasticky taste. Verdict: Highly recommended: I would absolutely stay here again, but I might skip the some of the hot breakfast items next time. :) :)"

"This was perfect for a single traveler spending time in city center; a comfy bed, nice shower, WiFi, and bar/restaurant. Everything was sparkling clean, staff were very friendly. I like the options for early check-in and check out. The lobby was a good place to hang out if you wanted more space. You could get almost total darkness with the blinds and curtain that was operated by a switch, so sleep was no issue. I would definitely stay here again."

"Loved the modern vibe. Comfortable bed. Room was good size. Only issue was a party in the courtyard one evening. Was audible and quite loud. That said, the party ended at a reasonable time and didn't interfere with our sleep. Coffee bar was great. Had one dinner at the restaurant. Really good veggie burger (loved the curry spices). Note: this hotel in not centrally located and a good 30 minute walk to the old center ( Trinity College). This was not an issue for us and we knew ahead of time. Just a heads up for others."
