Tamworth St is appointed with split system air-conditioning units in the formal loungeroom and in bedroom 1. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have been appointed with ceiling fans for additional comfort. A ceiling fan also appears in the living room. Please note that fans will be required to have the light switch on to operate.
