"Great spot for families. Both our 5 and 2 year old loved the hotel and the facilities for the kids. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They should not allow smoking within the premises though. Inconsiderate adults smoking where young kids are passing towards the pool. Bricks family restaurant buffet was very good. The other restaurant for lunch was not that great. Food was bland (steak sandwich and sea bass). "

The pools were great and the service around this area was first class with towels, water and snacks delivered the minute you sat down on a pool lounge, plus great bar service whenever needed. The rooms were very comfortable and the overall design of the resort was great - we took many photos!!!"

"Great resort with lots to do. The gym at the sports centre was fantastic although a little annoying sometimes that the visiting football teams have block booked the whole gym for a couple of hours on some days. There are numerous pools across all 3 hotels to use depending on your preference. The Lake View Hotel is the newest hotel but is situated 20mins walk away or 5 min shuttle buggy from the other two hotels on the resort. There are numerous restaurants to eat at, i would recommend going...
