The apartment is located next to the JBR beach, tram, and The JBR Beach shopping mall with proximity to key areas of Dubai, metro, shopping, leisure, and business areas.

- Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, all kitchen appliances, including wine glasses, toaster, microwave, oven, cooking utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, and kitchenware set for 6 people.
- A total 6 people can sleep
- Spacious space 1156 sqft/107 sqm: 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet room and 1 storage room
- 1 king size bed (180cm x 200cm, 72in x 80in) in master bedroom
- 1 day bed 80cm x 200cm unfoldable into double bed 160 x 200cm in master bedroom
