"I would definitely stay here again. Very central location. Within walking distance to great restaurants. Friendly and high-energy vibe. Nice restaurant within the hotel. Great hotel room! Great hotel! Reasonably priced! Nice view from my room was a bonus!!! If you use ride-share, make sure you message driver that you’re at Rove Walk Hotel. Most importantly, friendly and helpful staff!"

"Room service was really bad, the quality of the food as well as it not matching what was described in the menu, the mangoes on my dessert tasted like onion and it was over cooked and tasted really bad, they replaced it with a cheesecake with was as bad. the breakfast was very average for a 5 star hotel it was more like a 3-4 star hotel breakfast. the doors do not seal noise very well the shower water was brown when i first ran it and i had to keep it running for a few minutes for the water to clear so i could shower"

"Upon arrival we noticed the carpets had not been vacuumed, both at the door and the carpet in the room as there was food and a clump of hair on the rug. The hotel rectified this and sent someone to vacuum the room. 4 hours later they offered to upgrade our room and give us a late checkout. We declined on the room upgrade because we had a baby and were settled in at this stage but the manager said he would speak with us upon check out. This never happened which was disappointing. Overall staff were lovely and polite. We had a delicious meal in the Italian restaurant and also had a great lunch in the pool restaurant. Breakfast was also 5*."
