"We stayed at the hotel with our family and had a truly special experience. We booked a king room for two adults and one child, already expecting that our child would sleep with us. To our surprise, when we arrived, the hotel had prepared an extra bed in the room just for our child. It was such a thoughtful gesture. On top of that, they went even further by providing little slippers, coloring paper, and pencils — small touches that made a big difference and showed genuine care and attention to our child’s comfort. What made it even more special is that we hadn’t requested any of this in advance. It was a lovely surprise and really showed how much the hotel cares about creating a welcoming experience for families. We truly appreciated this extra attention, and it made our stay even more memorable."

"META suites is a gorgeous property that is smack in the center of old town Bolzano. It is adjacent to Piazza Walther (Walther Platz), truly you cannot get more central than this. The room was incredible and the bathroom amenities were top notch. The staff were all so lovely and professional, we really appreciate their kindness and help. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bolzano, highly HIGHLY recommend."
