    Welcome to our Spacious Condo only steps from the Worlds Largest Dinosaur!!

    Prime Location!!! Only 1 block from the following:
    - the World`s Largest Dinosaur
    - the FREE Outdoor Splash Park
    - the Aquaplex (Indoor Swimpool with a water slide!!)
    - local coffee shops, stores, brewery, etc..

    ***Professionally Cleaned After Each Stay***

    This is suite in a condo building. The suite has a separate outdoor entrance. Also includes a dedicated parking stall and free street parking.

    Inside you will have access to free Wifi, Netflix, Washer/Dryer, Dishes, Utensils, Towels, and pretty much all other household goods to make for a comfortable stay! 😊

    Guests have access to the whole condo.

    Guest are free to contact me via email (or phone, after reservation is made). I will do everything in my power to ensure a positive and happy experience.

    This suite was intended to be an office space, but was converted into a 1 bedroom condo. The suite has a frosted glass door (no one can see inside). It is located on a quiet residential street, only a minute walk to the Big Dinosaur and Outdoor Splash Park!!
    Please remove footwear inside. And please return all pieces of the board games and cards to the appropriate box so future guests also have an opportunity to enjoy them as well.

The title is correct: it’s a great location! Short walks to local shops and restaurants, and easy parking. It’s in an apartment-style building, so there are other people living there, but if you’re used to that it’s not a big deal. No TV, but free Netflix, and we didn’t go there to watch TV anyway, so also no big deal.

I had a great stay in Drumheller! The location was really good — close to everything we wanted to see and do. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. The unit was spotless, with a clean and modern bathroom, and the smart TV was a nice bonus for winding down after a day of exploring. One big plus was the free street parking right in front of the unit — super convenient, and I had no issues finding a spot throughout my stay. Overall, we had a really good day here and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Great place to stay in Drumheller. Convient location, easy parking, and the unit is spacious, and very clean. Nice big fluffy towels and great shower/water pressure. The kitchen is not fully stocked, if you're planning on cooking you'll need to bring your own oils, spices, etc. Coffee machine is a Keurig, so you could get your own pods if you're finicky about coffee. Kulwant is great to communicate with; clear instructions and promptly replies. Overall, it's a great place and I would stay there again.

This place is spacious, has a full kitchen and enough room to sleep 4 comfortably. Two beds (one is a pull out couch). Looks deceiving from the front as it looks like a storefront but you open the door and it will blow your mind! Walking distance to downtown, the big dinosaur and so much more. The host is super friendly & quick to respond. Key box outside and the host gives you the code the day before with a ton of information PLUS COOKIES! Best host I’ve ever dealt with personally! Thank you for the great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly helpful and generous with cookies and a voucher as a welcome gift, and a big deal for us - complimentary coffee for our mornings!
