Very modern, clean room in a convenient location across from the Zwinger. The building and room appear almost brand new. In-room laundry! For the price, this place is a bargain. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed this place! Staff was friendly and easy check-in and out. On-site parking. The place is located within minutes walk from Zwinger and other major attractions. Two grocery stores Rewe and a Hallal place are within a couple of blocks. The apartment is roomy and well furnished with lots of storage and modern appliances (including washer and dryer). It can easily accommodate a family up to 6~7 people. It has its own sauna and jetted tub, two showers, walk-in closet, comfy beds and clean linens. The place lacks some essentials such as paper towels, dish washing sponge, coffee/tea, cooking oil and spices. But this is not an exactly airb&b type of place, so ... Overall, great value and we highly recommend it!

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Gesicherte Tiefgarage im Haus, mit direkten Durchgang zum Fahrstuhl. Die Unterkunft war modern und schick eingerichtet. Und auch sehr sauber. Es gab eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Uns fehlte nur ein paar größere Schüsseln, z.B. für Salat. Wir hatten zu zweit ein 1 Zimmer Appartement, das sehr geräumig und groß war. Es gab einen großen Balkon. Allerdings lag das Zimmer zur Straße raus, dadurch war die Lärmbelästigung durch Busse, Straßenbahn und Autos bis zum späten Abend erhöht. Die Lage ist allerdings perfekt. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Es gibt ausreichend Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings würde ich beim nächsten Mal ein Appartement buchen, dass nach innen zum Hof raus geht.

The best accommodation in Dresden. Located in the center, close to everything. Quiet and serene. Affordable. Clean rooms and excellent service. Parking below the appartments. Balcony with a fine view of the garden. Even the weather was perfect - and so was Dresden.
