Okay stay during cooler months

The hotel was close to station and tram stop, so easy to get around. Good variety of breakfast. Clean and spacious room. Pillows were very flat, and the duvets were heavy. No ac in the room, so it was very humid & uncomfortable to sleep, as is was 30 degrees outside during our stay. Traffic noise was too much at night to leave the windows open

Sauberkeit im Bad lies zu sehr wünschen übrig. 1. zwischen Duschbecken und Vorbauwand der Toilette (ca. 5cm Abstand) ist schon ewig nicht mehr geputzt worden. 2. am Rücklauf des Plattenheizkörpers sah es genauso so aus. 3. beim Betreten des Raumes schlug uns ein mehr als unangenehmer Geruch entgegen, wie sich herausstellte, aus dem Bad kommend.

War okay. Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt was sehr gut war. Kleine Terrasse zum Rauchen perfekt. Man konnte nur nachts Fenster nicht auf lassen denn auf der Straße war es extrem laut. Waren die Fenster zu war es okay aber zu warm im Zimmer.

Das Hotel ist von außen unscheinbar und die Fassade wirkt nicht gerade sehr einladend. Der Empfang war aber sehr freundlich. Das Gebäude liegt zu zwei Seiten an einer Straße, an einer davon fährt eine Straßenbahn vorbei. Die Schallisolierung der Fenster meines Zimmers war leider nicht ausreichend für einen ungestörten Schlaf. Bei meiner Buchung hatte ich als Wunsch extra um ein ruhiges Zimmer, nicht zur Straße hinaus, gebeten. Ich hatte bereits vor Monaten gebucht. Leider hat dies dennoch keine Berücksichtigung gefunden. Meiner Bitte vor Ort, eventuell doch noch einmal das Zimmer tauschen zu dürfen, war vergeblich. Das Personal war insgesamt aber wie gesagt sehr freundlich und das Frühstück in Ordnung. Leider konnte ich aufgrund des Lärms keine Nacht richtig schlafen. Trotzdem war es alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel ist ein ehemaliges Wohnhaus (3 um genau zu sein), die miteinander verbunden wurden. Insgesamt ok. Ein günstiges Hotel für eine Nacht. Leider wird die Sauberkeit nicht ganz genau genommen - einige Spinnengewebe & co. Betten/ Bad war ordentlich & sauber. Insgesamt ok, aber nicht‘s worüber man nach Hause schreiben würde. das Personal war sehr freundlich!

Bom hotel com bom custo benefício.

Muito bem localizado com fácil estacionamento na rua e bom café da Manhã, só pecou na cama extra , que éramos 3 adultos e colocaram uma cama que não cabia um adulto, de resto muito agradável tudo.

Bacana mas tem que andar bastante

Hotel muito bom, com quartos e banheiros novos. Porem não fica perto das estações de trem ou onibus para o centro de Dresden. Sugestão: colocar uma cadeira a mais no quarto para 3 pessoas.

Praktische Lage für die Neustadt, schön modernisierte Zimmer und hervorragendes Personal. Einige Bereiche des Gebäudes sind jedoch sehr alt und abgenutzt und müssten auch aufgefrischt werden.

unbeleuchteter Flur vor dem Zimmer; kein Kühlschrank; zu weiche Matratze; Obwohl ich das Schild "Bitte keine Reinigung" an der Tür zu hängen hatte, wurde nach zweimaligem Klopfen (sehr leise) der Schlüssel ins Schloss gesteckt - erst jetzt nahm ich wahr, dass das Klopfen an meiner Tür war - ich konnte das Eintreten "verhindern" - ich war gerade im Bad und hätte sehr ungern jemandem im Zimmer angetroffen - wenn ich das nicht gehört hätte, wäre die Reinigungskraft in mein Zimmer gekommen. Wozu habe ich dann eigentlich dieses Schild, wenn es nicht beachtet wird? Das hat mich in meiner Privatsphäre gestört. Ansonsten war es in Ordnung.

Zunächst einmal ist im Hotel alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Allerdings sind Flure und Zimmer sehr dunkel (braun/schwarz). Das Zimmer hatte keine Kilimaanlage oder Ventilator, was bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr unangenehm war. Bei offenem Fenster schlafen war schwierig auf Grund des Straßenlärms. Weitere Minuspunkte waren, dass der Safe im Zimmer nicht nutzbar war und man alles über den Hotelsafe regeln musste, der Minibarkühlschrank funktionierte nicht und die Beleuchtung im Bad war grauenhaft. Wollte man sich nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit rasieren oder schminken, sah man im Spiegel nur Schatten. Einmal gab es gar keinen Zimmerservice und die Reinigung des Bodens stand wohl nie auf dem Programm. Einzige Lichtblicke waren der ausnahmsweise hell gestaltete Frühstücksraum, das gute Frühstück und die netten und freundlichen Bediensteten. Praktisch war die Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Tür. Noch ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass es keinen Gästeparkplatz gab und man irgendwo an der Straße parken musste.

Hat man keinerlei Ansprüche und benötigt nur ein Bett, ist es ausreichend. Die Betten waren bequem und sauber. Es gibt eine kleine Station im Zimmer mit Wasserkocher und Tee/Kaffee. Dafür keine Minibar, kein Telefon, keine Klima. Schmutzige, beschmierte Gardinen. Im Bad überall Spinnweben, defekte Duschwand und kaputte Fließen. Sauberkeit könnte wirklich besser sein. Personal war freundlich. Die Umgebung ist leider nicht sehr einladend. Vor dem Hotel Straßenbahn und ein komisches Viertel. Viele Betrunkene und finstere Gestalten unterwegs. Leider wird auch vom Nachdienst nicht kontrolliert wer ein und ausgeht, was ein sehr unsicheres Gefühl entstehen lässt.

Gut geeignet für Touren in die City, ca 400 m zu S u Straßenbahn. Tagsüber kann gut ein Parkplatz gefunden werden, am Abend sehr schwierig. Nett gestaltete Zimmer. Frühstücksraum, bei uns war ein ganzer Bus Schüler mit im Hotel zu klein. Frühstück aber sehr gut u große Auswahl! Als Hotel für unseren Städtetripp bestens geeignet!
