War zufrieden, Zimmer für meine Ansprüche völlig in Ordnung,warm, sauber und nicht laut, zentral gelegen und Parkmöglichkeiten genug an der Straße.Habe an der Rezeption niemanden gesehen, aber war auch nicht nötig für mich. Danke, gerne wieder!

Das Bett war super. Die Gebaude ist aber schön. Check-in und Chaeck-out waren einfach. Es war sauber aber der Boden roch nach scutzigen Mopp.

Ich habe nach einem Zimmer zu ebener Erde gefragt, da ich davon ausgangen bin, es gibt keinen Lift. Ich hatte eine Rücken-OP und habe ein lädiertes Knie, daher die Anfrage. Es gab keine wie auch immer geartete Antwort darauf, aber das Geld wurde schhnell abgebucht.Am Tag vor meiner Ankunft erhielt ich eine Nachricht. Schlüssel nur mit Schließfach und Code erhältlich, keine Problem, aber leider ein Zimmer in der 2. Etage, da alle anderen Zimmer ausgebucht. Kein Personal da, ich mußte also mein Gepäck in die 2. Etage wuchten. Wenig Licht war Trumpf in diesem Zimmer. Eine LED beleuchte das Zimmer mit der Deckenlampe. Das Bad mit drei Strahlern in der Decke, aber nur einer ging an. Ein ca. 3cm hoher Absatz an der Badezimmer Tür wurde in der ersten Nacht fatal, als ich im Halbschlaf zur Toilette wollte, bin ich mit meinem lahmen Bein,bzw dem Großen Zeh vor diese Kante gedonnert. Ich weiss gar nicht, wo das ganze Blut herkam...Jedenfalls nachdem ich meinen Zeh verpflastert und das Basdgesäubert hatte, war die Nacht vorbei, weil mein Zeh höllisch wehtat. Was ich damit sagen will ist: Wenn jemand nach einem ebenerdigen Zimmer fragt, tut er/sie das nicht aus Spass, sondern hat einen Grund. Aber sich nicht zu melden und das Geld sofort abzubuchen ist einfach eine Frechheit, zu,mal auch an keinem Tag Personal irgendwo sichtbar war, dass man sich hätte beschweren können!

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Dusche war auf dem neusten Stand aber leider für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung unmöglich zu benutzen. Der Einstieg war definitiv zu hoch. Und es sollte auch erwähnt werden das es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt. Die Rezeption ist in der 1.Etage

Nettes, sauberes Hotel in einem schönen Altbau mit kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten, gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und nicht weit weg von mehreren Straßenbahnlinien, die direkt zum Bahnhof oder in die Innenstadt fahren. Leider gab es kein Frühstück, da wohl viele Angestellte krank waren.

Insgesamt sehr gut, allerdings 2 kleine Sachen, die doch etwas gestört haben: 1. Zimmertür im unteren Bereich durchsichtig, Milchglas hat nur oberen Teil abgedeckt. 2. Waschbecken ist von Anfang an nicht richtig abgelaufen, beim Putzen sollte so etwas auffallen und es ließe sich leicht beheben.

Meine späte Anreise würde durch eine Extragebühr bestraft; die Rezeption war aber trotzdem nicht besetzt. Bezahlung mit der Bankkarte wurde zunächst verweigert. Die Frühstücksgebühr wurde mir erst nach dem Frühstücken genannt.

Anders als andere und zu empfehlen

Zunächst einmal anders als ein normales Hotel. Eine Villa wird von einem Ehepaar als Hotel geführt. Aber dann: ein sehr grosszügiges Zimmer mit einem Bett, das so bequem ist, dass man selten etwas vergleichbares findet. Auch das Bad ist gross und hat eine raffinierte Dusche, die man erst einmal studieren muss, um alle Möglichkeiten auszuloten. Dass am ersten Tag Wasser herauslief, war wohl mein Fehler, weil ich die Tür nicht richtig geschlossen hatte. Beim zweiten mal war alles in Ordnung. Was auch positiv auffällt ist die Helligkeit im Zimmer. Die meisten Hotelzimmer sind heutzutage dunkel. Der einzige Punkt, den ich kritisieren möchte, ist die Tatsache, dass es Frühstück nur von 08.00 Uhr bis 10.00 Uhr gibt. Das ist ein bisschen spät und knapp bemessen. Beim Frühstück selbst geben sich die Betreiber wieder grosse Mühe und bieten sehr viel an.

Schoenes zimmer ineinervilla. Badkonzept mit dusche .tolles treppenhaus ueber zwei etagen .jedoch nicht für Gäste mit gehbehinderungen gedacht. Hotelmanangerin jederzeit telefonisch zu erreichen. Tram und bus in der Nähe. Zu fuss ca 10 min zum hauptbahnhof . Exellenter Bäcker ca 8.min entfernt..
