"Very much disappointed., I was shocked when I found that our room was alloted in the basement of the hotel. The room was dark as the amount of daylight enters through two small windows at ceiling height is very less. It is worth mentioning here that we had to cancel earlier accommodation and book this particular hotel hurriedly because to meet the requirements of Slovenian Consular for submission of non refundable hotel booking document for Visa approval. But, no where at the booking site ,..."

"Well after the stay I have to say that the hotel is very much overpriced. Especially when it’s fully booked and I have to share all with too many other people. So why do I have to pay more than the normal rate? That’s cheating in my eyes. Just unfair and stealing money."
