"We arrived 4 hours early and inquired about an early check-in when we were offered an upgrade to the presidential suite for only $100 more than the tower king we had reserved. The staff then made it a priority to get the room ready and we received a phone call in less than 30 minutes letting us know it was cleaned. We have stayed at the Little America several times and have never had a complaint."

When we arrived to the hotel after flying across the country and checking in late at night, the reception was extremely rude and told us that they had no rooms available and we would have to find another place to stay. I would never recommend booking at this place since they do no honor your reservation regardless of how well planned it may be "
