"If you want to relax and enjoy the beach then this place is perfect. We enjoyed having a kitchenette so that when we wanted a little break from the beach, we could quickly go back to our room and have a snack. The staff always ensured that our room was clean and if we needed anything then they were able to assist us (ex. Calling a taxi or printing a voucher). "

"Wir als Paar waren von der Anlage sehr begeistert. Das Personal ist hervorragend da die Unterkunft seit Juni 2025 erst geöffnet hat ist alles neu und auch super gereinigt. Man kann in der Anlage richtig schön entspannen und seine Auszeit genießen. Absolute Empfehlung und auch gerne mal wieder. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Transfer mit Danaos Travel vom Flughafen Heraklion aus. Hier die Empfehlung mit eigenem Leihwagen oder den privaten Transfer anzureisen. "The only thing that let the property down was the lighting in the bathroom was very low and the shower was cramped with the roof beam running through it so i kept hitting my head other than that excellent and the staff were great."

"Amazing! Literally amazing all around! The hotel is new and modern. Very upscale and well designed. Great location. Not really on a white sandy beach, but the swimming area is great. Room was very large and well designed. Huge bathroom with spacious shower and a tub. Included breakfast was amazing - one of the best we ever had. The staff is so friendly and helpful and well trained. Everyone had a smile and super accommodating. Minor issue was addressed quickly and with class. This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at and definitely the best hotel on Crete. Management at the hotel is doing a great job! We cannot be happier! Thank you!"

"This property is new and quite lovely. It was truly one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot. Our plunge pool suite was top notch. The beach facilities are private and excellent. Breakfast was included and there were so many choices. My only complaint is the exclusion of kids from the adults-only pool, which is the only place you can order fries/burgers. Would be better if they made it a "quiet" pool instead of being age restricted?"
