"This house is beautiful inside and out, especially out! There are many outdoor spaces to sit, relax, and take in the beautiful scenery. The lake view is phenomenal with the sun setting directly across. Inside the house, the entryway is stunning! All other rooms are tastefully decorated as well. We cooked a few meals while there and had all the kitchen supplies we needed to do so. The beds we slept in were comfortable enough that I was able to get a good nights sleep while away from home. There were minor issues like the ceiling fans needed cleaned, a few interior lights were out, and the dining room table wobbled. These things did not affect our enjoyment of the property however. My youngest son is very musically inclined so he spent a lot of time playing the piano and the guitars in the house. And my 18 year old son enjoyed driving the pontoon that we rented from the owner for a day on the lake. Mark was responsive in his communications with us and helpful when we locked ourselves out. We would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Nashville. "

"We needed fully furnished place to stay while we were waiting for our new home to be ready. This place was great. It had all the amenities that we needed. But, the best of all was the owner. She was so quick to respond anytime we needed anything or just had a question. Her communication was outstanding. Made us feel like we had nothing to worry about. And she was so accomadating. When we needed to extend our stay for a few days she made it seemless. "

"Great location! Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Could use some outside upkeep (the bushes in front of the property were very overgrown). Could use a fresh up inside of house before guests arrive. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and dead bugs on the floor. Get ride of bath mat in upstairs bathroom."
