Hotel location is great, as it’s close to the Kyoto station. Staff was friendly and helped with luggage forwarding and other queries. The property was clean and well maintained. The windows in the room aren’t soundproofed, so you may hear the trains from the nearby station occasionally. The only other issue was their WiFi, which was pretty slow.

An absolutely wonderful boutique hotel in a great location in Kyoto. Very chic and modern, this is a great place to stay. The staff were second to none, always with a huge smile and pleasant demenour. They were also very helpful in answering all our questions. A truly memorable place to stay.
