"The hot tub literally saved my back. The water temperature and timing of the jets was perfect. The room was clean. The staff was helpful....especially the ones who unlocked the door of the swimming pool area when I was someway locked inside :) The front desk person was helpful though we had a lot to go through to get the date set right. I didn't use the gym so can't answer on that. The restaurant and bar were closed. Wish they could have been open."

"Staff that we seen were friendly. Cleanliness could use some work. We stayed in the hotel attached (rome) building is fine but could use a few updates. Shower pressure wasnt the greatest. Beds could probably be updated. Overall i would stay again. But might try a different spot. Weve stayed here 3 different times. Not much has changed over the past few years. But if you are looking for a reasonable price its not the worst. "

"It’s a great hotel for the price point. Considering it was the off season. Unfortunately our tv channels never worked and we couldn’t watch tv, but we spent little time in the room. Pool and hot tub were nice but the sauna didn't get hot. Staff were very nice and polite. "

"A wonderful place to stay! The owner and her staff are so very pleasant and welcoming! We felt safe and comfortable for our stay. We will definitely always stay here when we are in the Dells. Thank you so much!!!"

"Upon checking in our rooms were not cleaned. The rooms we requested were not available. Room had anew code entry the receptionist wrote down code. We came back at 10:30 pm could not get in our room . Called the front office no one avaliable. Called the cell # we were provided no answer after multiple calls no return call. We called the local police to see if they could help us. They tried to call several times on number provded, still no answer after about an hour i received a text saying the code was different from what we were told the door again still no luck . Tried the phone number again no answer funny she could text us but not answer. After 2 more attempts we finally were in our room. The floor felt like walking on sand. 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Needless to say i would not recommend this motel to my dog. "

"The cleaners were nice and friendly my room was clean my room was given to me an hour late. The main lobby pool was closed on sunday the hottub was closed i was very dissapointed this time"
