Excellent place to stay. Their ‘walk to everywhere’ statement was correct for us. Could do with crockery and cutlery. Friendly staff. Parking was located a short distance away across the road.

We LOVED this hotel!! We came from the W Seattle the night before. The views are incredible, the lounge / reception area was a great place to hang out and the food was AMAZING.
The bay view rooms especially are phenomenal. I'd probably choose a bay view before an upgraded room if given the choice. (We had an upgraded room and my parents got a beautiful bay view with their standard choice!).
All in all, we were very impressed and would choose this hotel again in a minute!

This was our second visit to the State Hotel and it was just as wonderful as the first. It had everything we needed for our visit to Seattle: beautiful room, professional and friendly staff, and a rooftop with an amazing view. We’ll be back!
