"We had a 12 night stay at the RIU Palace Dec. 3rd-15th 2025. This is one of the best overall resorts we have stayed at. And we have been to about 20 different resorts in many countries. The staff super friendly and attentive to all your needs. The drinks were all top shelf and perfectly made to your requests. Even had 1 liter bottles of 4 hard liquor in dispensers in your room! Refrigerator in the room was well stocked with beers and soda. Need more you just called room service and they promptly delivered. The view from the resort was beautiful of the bay with whales daily. First time where you didnt need to make a reservation for the specialty dinner restaurants! They were all 1st come 1st served. And we didn't ave an issue getting into any of them. The food was amazing at all of the restaurants and the buffet. Our favorite meal of the days is breakfast and the omelets and options were super fresh! Nightly entertainment was quite enjoyable and well put on by the staff. The Santa Fe RIU next door has 4 nights a week where the Palace tourists were invited to join in their party. And it is a loud party as if you went to the Congo Bongo. 2 pools full of dancers with foam and whole works. We went to the Neon Party and they have a Pink Party and A White Party also. The staff and management is the difference here. The training is amazing from top to bottom. Every single staff member greeted you and went above and beyond to meet your needs and requests. "

"Our room was beautiful and very clean. Next time I think I would get a room that has a view as there are many with balconies that look directly at another wall of balconies. The pool area is lovely with very comfortable loungers and a nice poolside menu (expensive but at least it's good). "

"Great service, amazing views, we saw whales from the pool everyday!! Service was top notch and food was amazing. Rooms are perfectly set up with all that you need and great views from the balcony. Room service breakfast was great. Entertainment staff was great, Katia was really fun at casino night and my wife loved the candle making class!! Fernando was a great Tepenyaki chef, we have scene many chefs and he put on a show like we have never experienced."

"Everything about our stay at grand fiesta was easy and comfortable. Check in and check out were quick and no surprises, the staff were incredible and always helpful, and the resort is well kept. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The location of the resort although a bit of a drive from the airport is worth it. The beach is private to no vendors and always a place to see the ocean. This was our first time in los Cabos and it was fantastic."

"The place is huge. You can party or go to the quiter side. Food was really good with lots of choices. Always activities and the entertainment was good. The Riu Partys are definitely something to experience! "

"Overall great experience. Brenda helped me plan my engagement, from the dinner reservation, to the surprise photographer, to the room decoration. Very attentive room service, we were checked up on every 3-4 hours to see if we needed anything. You could either call or place your order in the app which makes it convenient. Depending on the order, it usually took 25-50min for an order. It’s not a loud party resort, but still fun. When you get to the lobby/shop area, you do notice more attentiveness to white people than minorities. While waiting for my car, I called a young tall male with slick back hair 3 times and he completely ignored me, even walked past me. That’s one of the only complaints from the whole stay. Room service excellent (food is fine), house keeping excellent, cleanliness at the resort is excellent. If you want to eat somewhere nice outside of the resort, I do recommend Tamarindos, only a couple minutes away. Would book again! Food 4/5 Staff 5/5 "
