"I’m obsessed with this hotel. I travel often and have to say the experience here is top tier. The rooms smell so fresh and clean, everything is so aesthetically pleasing and comfortable as well. I was literally lying by the pool searching when I could come back. CON: Expedia listed the hotel as having an airport shuttle. We asked the front desk people if we could book the shuttle but it ended up being a taxi we had to pay for. So I covered $80 in round trip transport myself. In addition, I would have booked myself an uber and paid much less if I had known. "

"Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Upon check in, Poli was in constant communication with us and made sure all of our needs were met. Other staff that we really enjoyed Ivan at the pool, Ricardo at Hibachi, Jair at the buffet, David with activities, the staff at the coffee shop, spa, and the pool bar. 10/10 would recommend and cannot wait to come back!
