"Waited an hour for airport shuttle"

"This specific hotel needs to be better with their communication when it comes to security deposits and if you can use another card to hold for incidentals. I just stayed at another Hilton property and I had no issues. For clarification, it wasn't just me, there were other couples and individuals that had to adjust their payments. It was a long line of unhappy people. Also, upon checking in, one of the counter reps had a bad attitude, all others were very pleasant. Lastly, my departing flight was at another airport and I ended up having to take an Uber to the correct airport. Lastly, this isnt anything the Hotel can really do but there was a large group with tons of kids who ran up and down the hallways, wasting ice on the floor and in the elevator making loud noises until midnight. I asked the front desk person and she said they can't complain to them. ok."

"Sandman is always clean wherever we’ve stayed. Only issues was locating where to get bottles of water. "

"Our room was very cold; the time shown on the thermostat was wrong so it may have been programmed by time. I could not change the heat. The toilet roll was in a very inconvenient place. I never did connect to the internet. I phoned for help and was told to switch off my device for 5 minutes. I did that but I kept receiving the message to the effect that you were working on the problem. We were in room 453 at Toronto airport. It was unbelievably difficult to find the hotel because the signage was so small and hidden."
