"The price point compared to others in the Moab area was great, which is why we stayed here. That is about as far as it goes for Pros (the shower was great too). The beds were very uncomfortable, so sleep was minimal. Our AC/Heat unit never shut off even when you increased the temperature so we had to shut it off completely or freeze (there was no auto setting). The walls are so thin you can literally hear the people next to you talking. It sounds like the people above you are doing MMA matches, when I’m sure they were just walking and setting things down. We had two rooms next to each other and both parties felt the same way. Will stay elsewhere next time."

"This hotel is older, has had some upgrades. Nice towels, sheets and beds. But the property is run down. Needs a good scrub! The breakfast was not great. The staff are wonderful. I feel it was overpriced and I would not stay again. "

"Nice hotel, walkable to many pretty much every place in Downtown. Room was spacious. Breakfast was ok, kind of got tired of it after 2 days. Overall great place to stay while exploring Moab area"
