Room was not available at 4pm check in time. Called us a 5:15 to let us know that we could check in. That was ok with us but could have been an issue with others. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Internet was fast. We had a partial water view that was beautiful to wake up to the sunrise.

When I tried to voice my concerns to hotel staff, they dismissed the complaints without providing any remedy. Water pressure was terrible.
