"on arrival the Valet Gordon was amazing. All through our stay he was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel bell staff struggled with the influx as we checked in but got all our luggage to our room once the rooms were ready and even shuttled the luggage for second room from room 1 quickly for the the kids. Dining was great, Cafe and Pool was amazing, The La Terrasse was excellent to sit and watch the world go by as the sun set on our Castle adventure as the grandkids called it. "

"If you like to walk instead of driving in downtown, this is an excellent location. Close to most of the attractions in the downtown, many dining and shopping locations."

"Great option for a family in the center of Ottawa! For those of you not familiar with Sonder, it is a self serve hotel concept (think AirBnB hotel) that typically offers larger rooms with a kitchenette. We have found that Sonder is a great option when traveling as a family. The rooms was clean, comfortable and convenient. "

"We had a quick overnight stay in Ottawa and decided to stay in Gatineau based on location. Area was super quiet for a Friday. Hotel itself was what we needed and the king room was extremely large. Only downfall for us was that we had an adjoining room and we could hear everything through the door (but didnt affect our stay). Restaurant looked nice but we didn't make use of it. Service at check-in desk was efficient and we would stay again"

"Excellent service, great staff, great rooms and amenities, great breakfast service, good transit connections and tourist attractions close by. Awesome for the price. Not common to find something this good for the price with all that's included."

"Hotel was very nice and in the convenient location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing I would like to mention is inconvenience of not having an accessible room with two queen beds only with one king bed. This is very specific situation and doesn't take away all the positive feedback about the hotel. The restaurant onsite was really good with breakfast menu. We didn't try the dinner but the menu looked very good "

"This is my 2nd time stay. Very clean hotel with roomy kitchen area and comfortable bed. Quiet area but convenient to go to Ottawa . Staff at the front desk are always friendly. Will definitely come back! "
