"Great location, big rooms, and extremely helpful and friendly front desk staff. However, the hotel's "Guest Services" phone line that connects guests to customer service staff in the Philippines (I assume) is awful. I was having trouble with the wi-fi, and the customer service rep was extremely slow and unhelpful. Spent 10 minutes on the phone with someone in the Philippines and my issue was not resolved, said they were going send someone to my room and never did. IHG is trying to save money for their shareholders by implementing this service, but it's ruining the guest experience. Put guests before shareholders, it will benefit your stock price in the long run! My other major complaint was the pathetic weekend breakfast buffet, probably the worst I've ever had, and that's saying a lot!"

"So understaffed we had to wait until 5pm to be given a room and were late for our dinner reservations. There was one young woman working the front desk. She was lovely but incapable of managing the crowd of people who occupied the lobby because housekeeping wasn’t ready with the rooms. She should not have been alone at the front desk on a busy Saturday. 4:00pm is already a late check-in time; 5pm is ridiculous. The room was clean but small and spartan, like a dorm room. There was absolutely nothing “boutique” about this place. We were very disappointed."
