"They don't allow service animals - or at least actively discourage them. The man at the front desk really wanted me to leave, which I was fine with, but I told him that he had to be the one to cancel the nonrefundable reservation through Expedia. Thats when he remembered that it was an Expedia reservation and he didn't want to deal with it, so he ultimately let me stay. I was too tired to argue. The place was fine though. Clean and convenient - just not cool with ADA mandated stuff. So if you're ok with that, then go for it."

Staff did replace the remote by the time I returned to the room. The location was clean. Bathroom could use a little updating; there were no towel bars to hang used towel/washcloth, which was a little annoying. Overall the stay was fine. I would stay agin in the future."
