"Great location - we like secluded and it is. Wonderful natural setting with bird life galore. Within reach of excellent day outings like Point Pelee and Windsor and Buxton National Historic Site. All bedrooms are ensuite and with two beds providing very flexible accommodation. Kitchen is very well stocked. Heating works well. Kayaks are an added bonus. Well worth staying here."

"This was our second stay for consecutive weekends for visiting both Rondeau Provincial Park & Point Pelee National Park. Staff were helpful and friendly, room was very clean & comfortable & the best part is that there was an actual bathtub not just a shower. If visiting I would recommend Teena,s restaurant opposite the hotel."

"The room was very quiet, the mini fridge didn't make a sound just ran efficiently. We arrived after 9:00 p.m. and were warmly greeted and checked in with all the information we needed for our overnight stay. The individual room thermostat very quickly brought the room temperature up to a comfortable 20 degrees for sleeping. Only suggestion for the room might be a clock radio instead of a telephone and a small box of tissue in the bathroom. The price was very reasonable and the beds comfortable for an overnight stay."
