About this property
Cottage in the heart of the Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park
- In the heart of Parc Naturel Régional Périgord-Limousin, south of the Haute-Vienne, near the Dordogne; independent house (no close neighbor) has a terrace with view of nature; the ground floor living room of 30 square meters with fireplace and exposed beams, TV (with DVD player), buffet and table. The kitchen is fully equipped (except dishwasher); WC on the ground floor and 1st floor in the bathroom; Also on the ground floor a washing machine and storage room. On the first floor, a large corridor gives access to two bedrooms of 20 m2 each, and a bathroom with shower; one bedroom has a double bed and the other three single beds; nearby pond (fishing possible without permit); forest (walking, mushrooms) and river. Beautiful medieval castles to visit in the area. Bourg village 2 km with shops, municipal tennis courts; small town 7 km.
