"Wow what an amazing stay. Cant say enough good things about the place and the owners. Steve and her daughter Lisa were friendly prompt to answer questions and incredibly helpful. The studio is plenty big enough for 2, bright, clean, airy and modern. The private beach about 3 mile long was one of the most spectacular I've seen in my 45+ countries. At some points my wife and I were the only ones in the beach, pink powdery sugar sand and beautiful ocean. What an amazing vacation. Definitely need a car as nearest grocery and restaurants are 15 to 20 min drive away. If you love quiet paradise like beach locations you will struggle to find better."

"This was our fourth visit to the island of Eleuthera and our favorite place to stay thus far. At Conch'd Out you are central to most ammenities including grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, tourist points (Leons Levy, Tippys) boutique shops and the historic town of Governors Harbour. (Approx 10 min drive) YET you are in a quiet suburb, off the beaten track. You have direct access to a gorgeous, secluded beach with soft powdery sand, just steps away from your door! The turquois blue waters of the ocean are mesmerizing. We had no desire to go anywhere else as this truly was the best place to be. A true Bahamian experience. The bungalow is well appointed and has everything you will need for a weeks stay. Excellent communicaton between the property manager, Anne, and the villas owners made our stay even more enjoyable. We cannot wait to return!!"

"This is the place to stay! The pictures do not do it justice! Clean and well taken care of. Everything you need is there so just bring swimming suits! Carol was wonderful and completely helpful on WhatsApp! Beach location is literally postcard and cannot say enough about Double Bay. Location is central. 5 Min from Island Farm and 10 Min to nearest restaurant. 20 Min from Governers Harbor. Have Janet cook for you for an evening- Wonderful woman and Completely worth it! Mr. Tony was a pleasure and takes great care of the property and Gardens- Yes GARDENS. Beautiful property and we WILL BE BACK! Thank you for a beautiful stay in Eleuthera! :)"

"My family of 4 stayed for 6 nights in late March. The house was clean and well equipped with comfortable beds. There are many chairs, coolers, towels, snorkeling gear, and even some floaties available for use. The view is amazing, I could never tire of the view. The beach is a short walk down a couple flights of wooden stairs. The sand is fine, soft, white with pink mixed in. You can walk for miles and miles in either direction. We will be back!"
