"茨城から家族で初めての旅行のホテルに決めさせてもらいました。コロナウイルスのせいで営業中止中の時でも福岡天神にある同じホテルに電話したら丁寧に事情の説明や部屋の案内までしてくれたのがまず気に入りました。そして旅行当日チェックインする所から本当に本当に丁寧で安心して宿泊出来ました。喫煙スペースも１階の外にありますし、
道頓堀に行きたいと言うと地図に手書きで分かりやすくポイント押さえた物を頂きました。また絶対ここに泊まります。本当にオススメです。2泊、2歳と4歳の子供達も楽しかったと言っています。本当にお世話になりました。改めてお礼を言いたいです。ありがとうございました。"

"It's a little bit of a walk to the subway stations if you have a lot of luggage. Check in went smoothly. They had secured our luggages from the Forwarding service. Hotel has complimentary snacks and beverage/water which was awesome. Room was clean and comfy. Loved that the toilet was separate for getting ready in the morning. The room did have a musty and sewery smell. Not sure if it was from the AC but wasn't pleasant. The fridge is tiny. Bed was comfy. Not a whole lot of hanging space. Lots of separate amenities in the lobbies if you need them. Great location for going to dontobori."
