"Stayed in room 107, it smelled bad. It smelled of septic tank. Couldn’t get a dinner reservation, that’s on us for not booking ahead, turns out that they had a few events and weren’t staffed appropriately as they did have about 6 tables empty. Because of that we were told that we couldn’t get room service either. Not really what I would expect from a 4* hotel.
