10/10 Excellent

"We were not all that happy with our room, not sure if that was because we used a discount vendor ( hotels.com) and we just ended up with a lower priced room or if all rooms are this way, We had lots of noise and just didn't rest well here but we were on the lowest floor and had a view of the A/C units for each floor. The staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast in the restaurant every day, and the food selections were the best of the hotels we had stayed in our 8 city tour. We had a rental car and the drive in to get to the hotel is very tight and stressful for those of us who normally drive a larger car. Walking distance to all of the sights you have come the Seville to see and food and shopping also very close. We would stay again, but we will also choose a larger room option."

"Staff were so friendly as we checked in. We were given a list of nearby recommendations which really helped us explore the area. Actual building was so authentic and picturesque; I’ve never stayed anywhere so beautiful! Rooms were lovely and clean. Would highly recommend."

"Hôtel splendide, luxueux et très bien situé. À proximité de tous les sites majeurs, les restos, les boutiques et les grands parcs. L'hôtel rempli parfaitement sa promesse : beauté, confort et raffinement. Nous avons eu de très bonnes recommandations de restaurants, conformes à ce que nous recherchions. Notre suite avec balcon était spacieuse et de bon goût. Seul irritant: les applications Plans et Google map sont totalement déficientes pour identifier le parcours pour se rendre à l'hôtel en voiture. Il semble que la ville a bloqué des rues autour de l'hôtel et ces changements n'ont pas été intégrés. On oublie une fois rendus, mais on a envie de crier quelques jurons juste avant. Nous recommandons et nous y retournerons."
