"The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I had concerns about staying in a pub because of noise only this was not the case. Location great and we were back in time for a night cap. Also thought the double (used to king size at home) was going to be uncomfortable thankfully it wasn’t. We didn’t realise shampoos etc were in the landing our fault as we collected the key earlier than check in and returned later that night. We hope to return next year if we go to the Wessex Folk Festival....

Cottage room are very nice with own fire plce and comfy bed but smells old and damp would be nice to have some better ventilation there.
