"There was no heat. We had to be moved after multiple attempts to get the heat working, and the accommodations at the location they moved us to was awful. It split up our party, did not have a kitchen, and was not near where we were, adding extra costs for eating out and travel. Would not use Crown Living again as they are unwilling to fairly compensate us."

"Die Wohnung ist auf den ersten Blick nett eingerichtet. Zu erwähnen ist aber, dass sie sich extrem aufheizt. Die Kochnische würde ich nicht als solche betiteln. Eine kleine Herdplatte wurde uns auf Nachfrage geliefert. Spülmittel oder ein Trockentuch gab es nicht, auch Müllbeutel waren leider nicht vorhanden und grundliegende Dinge wie ein scharfen Messer fehlten ebenfalls. "A wonderfull and efficiënt check-in. We were allowed to have an early check-in as the room was cleaned allready. A small, 9-appartement chalet, great location in front of ski-bus. No ski-out but somewhat a ski-in. Lifts are 3 stops. The rooms are clean and cosy, though not that big. The building is somehow noisy as the upper floor neighbours could be heard walking. Breakfast 4*. Valentina 5*"
