"Room was very clean, and view was also very pretty (when outside). Noted that as we were getting ready for the day at 9am on Sunday morning, the upstairs was being vacuumed and was very load. Luckily we were not trying to sleep. Curtains left a tiny gap that could be resolved with another layer of curtain underneath. Overall very clean and comfortable, and fringe was also very helpful."

"Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and basketball court were perfect for the kids. Rooms are perfect with them each having their own bath. Wish they had a few more dishes and pots and pans considering how many people the house can fit but that’s a small thing. Only other minor complaint would be the water pressure in the kitchen sink and bathroom showers is low so be prepared for that. Close to downtown Cooperstown and dreams park if you’re in town for any of those things. Communication with the owners could not be better!!"
