"Stayed in the upstairs appartment which run the length of the building .Very well equipped with washing machine and a dish washer,a welcome surprise. The pool is in a secluded garden location. Negatives Our end bedroom had a strange en suite bathroom arrangement. A screen instead of a wall. A Jack n Jill sink taking up space that could have been used for a toilet and single sink. A bit odd!."

"This charming stone farmhouse in the quiet area of Eglise-Neuve-de-Vergt in the Dordogne is an absolute joy to stay at. It is so much more than just an ordinary gite. Located just off a little lane about a hundred metres away from the local road. It is very well equipped and the rooms are quite large, spacious and comfortable. Anthonia provided us with helpful suggestions before we even got there, and her daughter, Sanne, welcomed us when we arrived. She explained all the appliances (which were in the Dutch language) and remained available when we needed her. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property and would love to return!"
