"Fantastic location! If you have a car you'll have to park about 10 min walk away - typical for locations like this. The check in instructions were perfect and descriptive. Great communication from the host. Apartment was clean and well appointed. Damaged fixtures in shower mentioned in earlier review still there - not too much of a nuisance. Note that there are stairs - particularly to the upper floor room has some circular stairs so you'll need to be prepared for that. I'd stay here...

"This property was perfect in every way. We stayed for 7 days, Salat is a beautiful village centrally located to all the attractiions of Dordogne. The town itself was beautiful. Marie and Sylvain were the perfect hosts, so welcoming and helpful. The apartment has such character, contains everything you need, very cosy and beautiful. Located in the heart of the old town the markets and restaurants are at your doostep, yet it is a very quiet location. I would love to stay here again. "
