Highlights include: -Direct bus to the airport from the entrance of the hotel -Excellent room conditions ans a beautiful view -staff that are very helpful and kind, including the cleaning teams -amenities that helped me relax and recover from long days exploring Seoul -walking distance to tourist fav shops like Olive Young and others near DDP station -and so much more! I will be back! 너무 즐거웠어요! 감사합니다! Bonus: I loved the free coffee, tea and also the water dispensers on all the floors! Very convenient!"

"Great location with lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Loved the view from the roof top deck. The hot bath was great and would have been great after a long flight. We'll stay here first next time to get a relaxing hot bath on arrival. Hotel and staff were great with managing luggage before check in and after check out. We'll definitely stay here next time."

"It was inconvenient because I had to wait too long for the elevator. And I entrusted it to dry cleaning, but it was a bit damaged, so I waved the laundry fee, but the clothes were ruined. But the staff were friendly. It was good because the location was within walking distance of Myeongdong, Insadong, and Gyeongbokgung Palace. I think I'll be staying there again next time."

"Bed and room was clean and modern. Nice sink area separate from toilet and shower, a desk & side table and so on. Outlets already had adapters so our US plugs worked directly. Kettle in room, microwave and water dispenser near elevators. Gym is amazing, all new things and 4 treadmills, rowing machines, bikes, many weight machines. Didn't get the breakfast because price is high and cafes are around the corners but many people were going. Coin op laundry 8k won for wash & dry, 2 machines each. Very quiet, never heard neighbors a single time. Quick walk to gwangjang market, lots of bus service nearby. Would happily stay here again. "

"Our stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel was spotless, very comfortable, and in a perfect central location. Everything we needed was nearby, with so many shops and places to explore around the area. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. We also loved how clean and safe the surrounding streets felt. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel staff were excellent and friendly. The hotel has great amenities and is in a great location. A point for improvement is around the cleaning of the room. Some days our bins were emptied and other days not, cups were not always cleaned or replaced and water not restocked. Breakfast spread was great. As someone with allergens could benefit from an allergen menu, although staff tried to be the most accommodating. Our room was on the third floor and there was some noise in the mornings from the neighbouring building where there are reversing vehicles. All things considered, lovely hotel."

"The Hotel is amazing! We stayed in a room with a full size fridge and wash tower. This allowed for great flexibility when it came to leftovers and washing clothes in our own time. The staff is great and the location is very good! With metro and bus stations at a very short walking distance. Will stay here again for sure!"
