"We specifically booked a room with two separate beds, only to be told on arrival that it had been given to someone else. The the only available room was a room with queen bed, which was not appropriate for two colleagues after a long working day. No alternative solution was offered, there were no apology from staff. This was a very poor experience."

"Great hotel airport. Friendly and helpful staff on the front desk and bar. Shuttle service to the airport takes about 20-25 minutes, and was very punctual for our early flight. Buffet breakfast from 6am with lots of choice. Comfortable bed and good shower."

"Just got back from Amsterdam and honestly, this hotel was next level. The place was absolutely stunning from the moment we walked in – proper good vibes and beautifully done out. Everything was spotless, like seriously dead clean, which made it feel even more comfortable and relaxing. The staff were so helpful and welcoming, nothing felt like too much trouble. Beds were super comfy, slept like a baby every night. And the food? Proper nice – fresh, tasty, and loads of options. Located literally one minute walk to Zuid train station so getting from a to b was super easy Couldn’t fault it at all, made the whole trip even better. Would 100% stay here again 👌"
