  • DONVILLE LES BAINS facing the Chausey Islands, at the entrance to the Mont St Michel bay. 15 mins BY FOOT FROM GRANVILLE 3 mins BY CAR detached house 47 m2 new comfortable overlooking the sea (180 ° view of the sea) that can accommodate up to 5 people. Terrace of approximately 60m2 without any opposite (ideal for sunbathing in complete privacy), from where you can observe your friends or your children playing on the beach. You can enjoy long walks on the beach, swimming, fishing by foot or by line; in summer, it is possible to rent windsurfers or catamarans nearby. Many centers of interest and sites in the vicinity. Wir haben die unglaublich schöne Aussicht der Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist komplett und praktisch eingerichtet. An- und Abreise waren unkompliziert und der Gastgeber äußerst freundlich und entgegenkommend! Es sind 5 min bis zum Bäcker und den Geschäften und das Umland bietet Abwechslung für jeden Tag. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Herr Dudouit ist sehr freundlich. In unserer Ferienwoche hat es leider viel geregnet, dennoch konnte man den Ausblick aufs Meer wundervoll genießen.Die Straße an der Strandpromenade unterhalb ist kaum befahren. Vor dem Haus geht eine Treppe hinunter zum Strand.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Maison de la Plage. Es war alles bestens und wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder. Das Haus lebt von seiner traumhaften Aussicht auf das Meer. Man kann zu Fuß nach Granville gehen....bei Ebbe auch am Strand entlang. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat uns alles gezeigt im Haus. Leider sprechen wir kaum französich und deshalb war die Verständigung schwierig. In der ersten Woche war es noch recht frisch mit 14 Grad....aber die 2.Woche war Badewetter.

en arrivant on étaient inquiétés: des marches et ne pas voir la maison...puis on a vu positif 1:douche et 2 chambres avec grand lavabo car ailleurs une salle de bains et on doit attendre chacun il y a de la place dans la maison et- le matériel s'il y a du vent sur la terrasse ,il vaut mieux descendre à la plage c'est moins venteux

Wunderbare Wohnung, traumhafter Ausblick

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Donville verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet mit ihrem tollen Ausblick direkt aufs Meer hervorragende Erholungsmöglichkeit. Die Terasse ist großzügig angelegt, bei gutem Wetter lässt es sich hier schön sitzen und auch die Mehlzeiten einnehmen, bei schlechterem Wetter fühlt man sich nicht eingesperrt, mit dem Panoramafenster fuehlt es sich wie "draußen" an. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kochmöglichkeiten sich gegeben, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. sehr empfehlenswert!

Sonnenuntergang pur

Wir waren nun zum 2.Mal in diesem herrlich, über dem Meer gelegenen Haus und wieder haben wir den Blick aufs Meer in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Wetter war herrlich, Schwimmen im Meerwasserbad, das tolle kostenlose Sportprogramm am Strand, die wunderschöne Stadt Granville mit netten Geschäften, Restaurants - einfach perfekt.

Leuk huisje

Het is een leuk huisje vooral voor 2 personen, met eventueel twee kinderen. Het uitzicht is prachtig, in een rustige omgeving. Doordat het huis geheel uit gestorte ( dikke) betonmuren is internet en de wifi binnen zwak en valt regelmatig weg. Eigenaar is een hele vriendelijke man die gereed staat bij je ontvangst, en als je vertrekt ook weer aanwezig is. Matras van het bed is prima, wel maar 140 cm breed.
