We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

The staff at check in were polite and helpful. They made check in quick and easy. The room itself was great - spacious and with a view of the N Seoul Tower. The property is right next to the Chungmuro metro station exits 5 and 6 which makes getting to other parts of Seoul very easy. There’s a Starbucks downstairs and plenty of coffee shops and convenience stores close by. Would recommend!

Attentive, friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay, including complimentary umbrellas, the breakfast buffet had lots of variety and was refilled so that nothing ever ran out, and the room was comfortable with a great view over the Myeongdong area. The location was great for subway, tour pick-ups and access to night markets and the Namsan Park. The ability to store our luggage at the hotel with no cost after checkout to do some final sight-seeing was an added bonus and much appreciation as we flew out late evening.
