We booked this as an anniversary trip and enjoyed it. Welcome 'snack' on arrival. Luggage storage. Rooms are very nice. They have free whiskey hour every day in a vibey library area. There was also free snacks. There is also a floor sitting area to eat your outside food, closed at 10pm ish. We also enjoyed having our own bath with a TV infront. The staff was amazing always so helpful, welcoming, professional at all times. Willing to drop everything to fix any issues. Great new hotel. Well designed and the partial seaview still ticked all the boxes. Great location. The room has a few flaws and may be restricted to the one we booked but the LED lighting from the light switches, the table charger unit and the telephone were incredibly bright at night, with no way to turn them off. Family of 4 stay in the 2 queen beds with hinoki spa. room has fresh scent and it was cleaned everyday. Friendly staff speaks well English, americano/ fruit juice/ snacks/ tea/ are complimentary. The room has heated floor, air filter, samsung tv/ air conditioning. All of them are in new condition. Dental kids, women kids and shave kids are provided. Premium shampoo and conditioner from Kiels brand. I highly recommend this hotel and i will 100% stay here again
