"We had an outstanding stay at Fivitel Cong Troi Dong Giang. The accommodation was clean and well furnished, the dining options were varied and delicious, the location is incredible, being right next to the beautiful waterfall. The accommodation is set in a securely gated resort, a buggy car transported us through the grounds to our accommodation. I also must highly praise the staff; when we stayed a member from our group had an incident and his motorcycle needed to be recovered. The staff were...

"Staff were mostly lovely. Very helpful when asked. Eg we could leave our bags for a couple of hours after check out. They were quick to attend to the coffee machine at breakfast when it needed water or grounds clearing. Big downside was the bedding which was torn and there were long black hairs in the bed. The room was very dusty on ledges eg top of TV. Pool area on the roof was lovely. Clean and a great view."

"The good - Great location to the beach, modern, clean and the reception staff were lovely. The bad - The hotel was incredibly noisy. We were on the 18th floor and it was as if there was no sound proof at all. The bars opposite would play loud music and do karaoke until midnight. You could hear every word from the neighbours - even her alarm vibrating from 4.30-7.30 (I assume she went to watch the sun rise). The lift was also ridiculously slow."
