Traditional pool room was large and cool (temp) with small approx 5ft deep pool large enough to swim in, facing a creek and villas on the other side. Although close to villas on each side felt relatively private outside and very quiet and private when sleeping. Some beautiful details inside villa, some clashing of styles. Excellent breakfast. Of note are the kind helpful staff which make the stay 5 stars. Spa set up is nice and we enjoyed our 2 massages. Expensive for Vietnam, especially the restaurant (which was quite good) but you can order delivery through grab - overall we really enjoyed our 2 nights.

"Well located to the old city and the market. Outside the busy tourist area - so quieter however fewer choices for eating. Staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fine (eggs, fruit, bahn, coffee). Rooms were clean, well sized and air con worked well. No complaints at all!"

"staff here are truly so incredible and the property is in a great quiet area, it’s down a smaller road so cars can’t get down but it’s only a 30 second walk from the street so really no big deal. Super nice local area where we felt so welcome and was nice and close to the imperial citadel and lots ..."
