Stayed one night and it was perfect for our needs. The family room was a great size for the 3 of us and the breakfast was excellent. It was a shame the main car park was full as we had to park in the overspill area which due to the rain was muddy and waterlogged with lots of deep puddles, not pleasant at all. Apart from that a great stay.

Excellent service, nothing bad to say about our stay. Lovely room overlooking the racecourse. Breakfast everything available, very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Hilton Doncaster stay
Hotel is nice enough with good view of the racecourse. Dining menu is somewhat limited, and restaurant stops taking orders at 9pm, which is a bit inconvenient at weekends. But breakfast is fab.

Very nice hotel, shame about the shower
Large room, comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom. Food was good, not a huge range of wine, but OK. The let-down for me was the shower, it all looked lovely, modern and clean, however when you turn it on there's hardly any water pressure, so that was disapointing.

We had a upset with one of the staff in the restaurant on the first night which was put right the next evening by a apologetic restaurant manager and his staff. One of the bath towels in the room had red lipstick marks on it and was left for cleaning in the morning when we returned in the evening the same towel had been folded up and put back as a clean towel no tea and milk had been replaced when we complained we were told that the cleaning was outsourced to another company not a good look for the Hilton brand as we paid good money to stay there all I can say is it is very convenient for the racecourse.

The hotel was nice enough but the room was not great, the shower felt old and dirty, the bed was tiny and we had no bath. For the money paid I would have expected better, disappointed really.

Race weekend
Hotel is ok we had no air con working in our room so unsure if it’s regulated or just not working pillows are really flat and you don’t get spare ones so couldn’t really sit up in bed we got the hotel on offer with my free stay wouldn’t like to think I’d be paying over £100 for it but while the hotel opposite it being refurbished they will charge what they want great for the racecourse though

Was okay but not really as nice as other Hilton’s I’ve stayed at, parking was cramped and very annoying that you should pay for parking after just paying for a room, but akward trying to get out of the car park with 3 stupidly placed speed bumps as well. I stay in Doncaster often with work and there are better hotels at a cheaper price.

It is a lovely hotel with very professional staff, helpful ,polite, only thing really wall the tiles in the shower area were cracked, pillows to soft for me , otherwise very nice hotel would stay there again

Superb and comfortable
We have stayed once before, but will stay again. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are excellent. The food is good both for dinners and breakfasts. We use the hotel as an overnight stopover to break up a journey and we are delighted to have found it.

The hotel would not confirm an hour earlier check in for me, so I didnt bother, I found alternative accomodation, I will not use them again.
